Meet the women behind The Blonde Elf—a board based in Austin, Texas, brought together by a belief that showing up for someone can make life a little lighter.
LIZ BEELMANFounder & Board Member
Liz is the founder of The Blonde Elf and Good Alibi, and mom to Remington. Her own experience of being a new mother in a new city—and finding support in people who became friends—inspired her to pass that kindness on.
Through The Blonde Elf, she hopes to offer practical help, a little joy, and the reminder that asking for support is nothing to be ashamed of.

For Kristin, giving back runs in the family. “To whom much is given, much is expected” is part of her family’s mission—and yes, she takes the assignment seriously. Her grandma’s advice says the rest: “be interested in others, offer kind words, and listen. You’ll get more than you give.” She brings that heart to The Blonde Elf, helping remind people that asking for help doesn’t make you any less capable, worthy, or wonderful. Sometimes life is a lot, and we all deserve someone who shows up with a little kindness and says, “We’ve got you.”

If you know Liv, you know there’s a solid chance she’s showing up with a present for you or your kid. Just because. Because apparently your presence is an occasion, and she’s celebrating.
But don’t let that sweet face fool you: she’s a firecracker. Liv has fought her own battles and come out the other side still swinging, with a heart that keeps making room for others. She brings that mix of tenderness and grit to The Blonde Elf, ready to love on people and stand in their corner when life gets hard.
