You don’t need a perfectly written story. We want to understand what’s happening and how this assistance could help.

Applications open October 26 and close November 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Sharing a story publicly is optional and does not affect selection or assistance.

ELIGIBILITY

The Blonde Elf supports individuals and families experiencing financial hardship or a difficult season where a little help could make a meaningful difference. That might mean unexpected bills, job loss, illness, a major life change, or struggling to cover everyday essentials.

You can apply for yourself or nominate someone you know with their permission. Tell us what’s happening and how this assistance would help. No essay contest. No need to make your situation sound worse than it is. Asking for help is enough of a brave thing already.

Applications are reviewed based on need and the potential impact of the assistance. Applying or being nominated does not guarantee selection. Sharing your story publicly is entirely optional and will never affect whether you receive help.
